We all watch and listen to YouTube for its music and millions of music videos. There is the ability to download your favorites to watch on your phone or tablet, but the size of the download restricts the number which we can download. Thanks to MP3, which compresses those files, you can download and watch all your favorite videos on the go. We have listed few simple steps in converting YouTube videos to MP3:

Step Two: Use Mp3Book.us or another YouTube to mp3 online converter tool

There is another great option which allows you to select your preferred format other than MP3 such as MP4, AVI, WMV and others.

You can bypass this optional step by either clicking "continue" or "skip this page".
Step Four: Download your MP3 File. Now all you need to do is click the "download button to download your MP3 file to your computer. If you would like to save your video to Dropbox, just click the "Dropbox" button. To convert another video, simply click the "convert next video" button. You can also share the video on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Blogger or email the URL to your friends.
The legality of these downloads is clearly stated by YouTube in their Terms of Service, which states:
"copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of YouTube or the respective licensors of the Content."
MP3 converters of YouTube videos have been threatened with legal action, as they are violating the Terms of Service, although their threats have remained just threats. It is also that doubtful YouTube would pursue any legal action on individual downloaders.
